Sean is a Trustee of the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation and previously served as President of the Eastern Mineral Law Foundation from 1990 to 1991. In 2015, the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation named Sean as the annual John L. McLaugherty Award recipient for outstanding contributions to the EMLF, the energy industry, and the energy bar.
Sean is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Westmoreland County Bar Association. Sean has been the recipient of a Pro Bono Award from the Pennsylvania Bar Association and in 2003 was named the Westmoreland County Bar Association “Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year”.

Renee grew up in Titusville, Pennsylvania, the birthplace of the oil industry. In 2016 she was inducted into the Titusville High School Athletic Hall of Fame, and today her athletic pursuit involves golf and horseback riding. Renee is currently on the Executive Committee of the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation and a frequent speaker for energy conferences across the country. She would love to discuss everything horses with you or any title questions you may have.

Jim serves on the Board for the charity foundation of Michael Late Benedum Chapter of the AAPL as well as being the chair of the charity spring golf outing. He is also on the Board of Trustees for the Energy and Mineral Law Foundation. With an extensive history of Certified Title Opinions, Due Diligence Projects, and energy contract negotiations, he is also a Member Attorney of the Lawyers Abstract Company of Westmoreland County for real estate closings. Jim is a Pittsburgh area native who enjoys golfing, snowboarding, fly fishing, and triathlons in his free time. Jim now resides in Ben Avon with his wife and two daughters.
